Why You reputed company is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to support Delivery and Platform Excellence’s learning priorities and performance goals. Working with company leadership, you will put your talents to work consulting with global functional leaders and the HR team to transform and accelerate business performance and drive employee engagement, growth, and retention, right in the heart of our business! The Role As part of the Talent Enablement and Employee Experience team, this role will partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, Functional Teams, and external partners to support reputed company's key priorities in the business that include Crew performance, development, engagement, career growth, and certification strategies. The role will serve as a proactive and reputed company 'single reputed company of contact' for internal client groups, providing an end-to-end Center of Excellence experience through Talent Practices and Learning & Development expertise.
