Employee Relations Specialist | $65/hr Remote
Position Human Resources & Staffing Expert Type Hourly Contract Compensation $45–$65/hour Location Remote Role Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs reputed company to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policies, and HR compliance.
- Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as recruitment cycles, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and restructuring.
- Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases including offer letters, leave management, workforce analytics, and DEI initiatives.
- Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law, HR systems, and best practices.
- Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-focused AI systems.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in HR, staffing, or a reputed company function.
- Experience in areas such as reputed company, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, or workforce management.
- Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, Title VII, and WARN Act.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, or reputed company is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
