arenaflex is one of Canada’s most established and respected providers of debt‑resolution services. Since our founding in 1979, we have grown from a modest regional office to a nationwide network of more than 200 dedicated professionals operating out of over 70 locations across Eastern and Western Canada. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help individuals and businesses escape the burden of debt, rebuild financial stability, and regain confidence in their future. With a track record of assisting over 100,000 Canadians, arenaflex combines deep industry expertise, compassionate client service, and innovative technology to deliver outcomes that truly change lives.

Why This Role Matters – The Impact of a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex

In today’s fast‑moving financial services environment, accurate data is the foundation of every successful client interaction, compliance initiative, and strategic decision. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring that every piece of information entered into our systems is precise, secure, and readily available for the teams that rely on it. Your work will directly support the seamless administration of client files, the timely preparation of legal documents, and the efficient communication between creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders. In short, you will help arenaflex keep its promise of delivering reliable, high‑quality debt‑resolution services to Canadians everywhere.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Document Preparation & Filing: Create, organize, and file client documentation in accordance with arenaflex’s naming protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Data Extraction & Entry: Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the internal Ascend platform to extract file details, verify accuracy, and input data from written and scanned records.
  • Compliance & Legal Support: Conduct searches for insolvency filings, Personal Property Security Act registrations, and property valuations; calculate income and surplus income obligations; and ensure all actions comply with provincial legal requirements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Respond promptly to queries from creditors, debtors, and internal teams; liaise with external clients to obtain missing documents; and draft correspondence for signature via DocuSign.
  • File Review & Quality Assurance: Review files for completeness, follow up on outstanding documentation, and verify that sign‑up documents meet policy and regulatory standards before filing with the Official Receiver.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the administration team with complex issue resolution, provide clarification on file details, and support the preparation of statutory documents.
  • Confidentiality & Data Security: Maintain client confidence by handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhering to arenaxflex’s data‑protection policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry processes, suggest enhancements to naming conventions, and contribute ideas that improve overall operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in high‑volume data entry with a demonstrated track record of exceptional accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a quick aptitude for learning new software platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, staying focused and self‑motivated without direct supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration, respect, and effective teamwork across diverse groups.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in the financial services or debt‑resolution industry, particularly with client‑file management or legal documentation.
  • Knowledge of provincial legal requirements related to insolvency, tax filings, and asset realization.
  • Previous exposure to electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Certification or coursework in records management, data governance, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in compliance with privacy legislation (e.g., PIPEDA).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Technical Agility: Comfort navigating multiple software tools, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and adapting to new digital workflows.
  • Time Management: Skillful at allocating time to high‑priority tasks while maintaining a steady output of quality work.
  • Communication: Clear articulation of information, both in writing and verbally, to ensure smooth collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of responsibility for safeguarding client data and upholding arenaflex’s standards of confidentiality.
