Role Overview

This is a fully remote, performance‑based position focused on meticulous research, data entry, and application submission. You will work closely with a senior recruiter to identify relevant software engineering roles, capture essential job details, and complete applications using provided credentials and documentation. The role demands a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a professional online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Discovery: Conduct daily searches on leading job boards and company career pages to locate software engineering positions that match predefined criteria (e.g., role title, location, remote status, technology stack).
  • Data Capture: Record each discovered opportunity in a shared Google Sheet, including the job URL, company name, location, compensation range (if listed), and any additional notes that may affect relevance.
  • Application Execution: Submit applications on behalf of the recruiter using the supplied email address, résumé, cover letter, and any required questionnaire responses. Ensure that each submission adheres to the specific instructions provided by the employer.
  • Time‑Stamping: Log the exact date and time of each application submission in the tracking sheet, enabling transparent reporting and performance measurement.
  • Quality Assurance: Review each entry for completeness and relevance before marking it as submitted, avoiding non‑relevant postings such as positions in unrelated industries (e.g., hospitality or automotive services).
  • Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed the target of three (3) fully completed applications per hour, with the opportunity to earn higher rates for achieving four (4) or more relevant submissions within an hour.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on search strategies, platform usability, and any obstacles encountered, helping to refine the workflow for future hiring cycles.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in remote data entry, administrative support, or a similar role that required high‑volume, detail‑oriented work.
  • Familiarity with major online job platforms and the ability to navigate them efficiently.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a professional online demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a track record of maintaining accurate records in shared spreadsheets or databases.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and the necessary hardware to perform the duties without interruption.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate that rewards both consistency and high performance. Base pay is $30 per hour for meeting the standard throughput of three (3) relevant applications per hour. When you exceed expectations and submit four (4) or more relevant applications within an hour, the rate increases to $40 per hour. Payments are processed within 24 hours of each time entry, ensuring prompt and reliable compensation.
