Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at arenaflex, you will join our high‑performing Conversion Improvement team, handling real‑time conversations for our top‑tier clients. While our AI engine handles the majority of interactions, it is not perfect—when confidence drops below 98%, we rely on skilled operators like you to interpret the consumer’s message, respond accurately, and categorize the inquiry. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on fast‑paced, empathetic communication and who enjoy turning ambiguous queries into clear, helpful resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound chat messages within 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses and crafting ad‑hoc replies when necessary.
  • Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate on all responses; each interaction may be randomly audited for quality assurance.
  • Achieve a productivity target of 60 replies per hour while preserving response quality.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive conversations to leadership promptly, ensuring seamless hand‑offs.
  • Document emerging FAQs and suggest enhancements to canned‑response libraries to improve future efficiency.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to feed high‑quality interaction data back into arenaflex’s language model, directly influencing its evolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, process‑improvement projects, and cross‑functional initiatives as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service chatroom or similar real‑time support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses under time pressure.
  • Familiarity with regulated verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, or prescription drug plans is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence.
  • Advanced typing proficiency (touch‑typing) and reliable high‑speed internet connectivity.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliability in adhering to a designated schedule, including availability for any of the 24/7 shifts.
