Responsibilities • Engage with customers through online chat to provide prompt assistance and information. • Respond to product inquiries, complaints, and requests for information in a timely manner. • Promote various Kencove products and services through effective communication. • Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them towards suitable solutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple chat conversations at once. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their needs. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Apply Job!
