Customer Support Excellence:

Data Entry and Documentation:

Technical Troubleshooting:

+ Assist customers with technical issues related to Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other devices. + Collaborate with internal resources to resolve complex technical challenges. + Stay updated on the latest Apple products, updates, and features to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Product Knowledge:
