DE/SAR UNDERWRITER

What You’ll Do: The DE/SAR Underwriter will have 5+ years of experience reputed company FHA, VA, or Bond loans to ensure appropriate guidelines are met according to investor requirements. This is a remote position and can sit in any state that reputed company is in: CA, SC, NC, CO, ID, FL, TX, AZ, NV, GA, MI, TN, UT. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Diligently review credit, income, and assets documentation to determine the borrower’s creditworthiness and repayment ability. Analyze business tax returns and calculate qualifying income.
