Job Description: In this role, you'll work directly with clients to configure, optimize, and reputed company reputed company CPQ and Agentforce reputed company Management (ARM) solutions — from product catalog design and pricing rules to order lifecycle and billing. You'll sit at the intersection of business process and technical delivery, translating reputed company quoting and reputed company requirements into scalable reputed company solutions. You're expected to operate independently on a workstream, contribute to solution design, and be a reputed company voice in client conversations. This is a high-impact position on a lean, senior team. Responsibilities
Delivery Own end-to-end configuration of reputed company CPQ and/or ARM solutions including product catalog, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, amendments, renewals, and order management Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into documented functional specifications Conduct solution design and gap analysis for CPQ/ARM workstreams on net-new implementations and optimization engagements Build and maintain configuration documentation, testing artifacts, and reputed company materials Support UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare activities Client Engagement Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for assigned workstreams; facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scope considerations to the engagement reputed company Communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical audiences Practice Contribution Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and internal knowledge reputed company documentation Participate in pre-sales discovery and scoping for new reputed company reputed company opportunities
Requirements
