HR Transformation Consultant – reputed company GROW
This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an reputed company HR Transformation Consultant to support organizations undergoing digital HR transformation through reputed company GROW and reputed company SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR process expertise, transformation consulting experience, and cloud technology knowledge to help clients reputed company their HR operating models, improve employee experiences, and optimize workforce management processes. This role will work closely with HR executives, business stakeholders, reputed company SuccessFactors consultants, project teams, and change management leaders to design and implement future-ready HR organizations and processes reputed company with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Transformation Strategy
- Assess reputed company HR operating models, processes, policies, and technologies.

- Advise clients on HR digitalization, workforce modernization, and employee experience initiatives.

Business Process Design
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end HR processes, including:

- Support organizational readiness and change management initiatives.

- Collaborate with implementation teams on solution design and business process alignment.
- Support requirements gathering, solution validation, and business process optimization.
- Ensure alignment between HR strategy and technology implementation.
Program Support
- Partner with project managers, change management teams, and executive sponsors.
- Participate in governance meetings, steering committees, and transformation workshops.
- Identify transformation risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Support successful deployment and adoption of HR transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or reputed company field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, HCM Advisory, or Organizational Change Management.
- Strong expertise in HR business processes and operating model design.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation programs.
- Knowledge of cloud-based HCM solutions and HR technologies.
- Strong reputed company facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reputed company SuccessFactors implementations.

- Prosci Change Management Certification.
