The 3rd Party RVP will be based in Florida and support both the Florida and Puerto Rico territory. This role is responsible for driving growth of 401(k) and governmental 457(b) sales through 3rd party financial advisors and RIAs in assigned region. The RVP will work from their home office and travel up to 80%25 to support business needs reputed company the assigned territory. What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

Developing sales pipeline Generating relationship and sales activities to drive proposal development & reputed company of sale meetings to attain assigned goal reputed company internal sales desk to grow in assigned region and follow up on sales desk leads. Responsible for communicating with Divisional Vice President (DVP) and Player Coach on an ongoing reputed company regarding territory sales activities and sales goal attainment This position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 75%25 travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs. The reputed company salary for this position is $90,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation. For detailed descriptions of these benefits, please reference the link below. reputed company Pay and Benefits: reputed company Total Rewards Program What You Will Bring Required Qualifications 7+ years of 401(k)/457(b) wholesaling experience in assigned region Professional working knowledge of 401(k)/457(b), cash balance and managed account products FINRA Series 6 or 7; and Series 63 registrations Life & Health Insurance License

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree CLU, ChFC, CFP strongly desired Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills with excellent computer and organizational skills Skills Effective Presentations: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality. Financial Services Industry: Knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to reputed company specific financial advice to clients. Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact reputed company reputed company and reputed company own organization. Knowledge of Sales Channels: Knowledge of meanings and features of sales channels; ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling an organization's products and services.
