Description Job Title CARE MANAGER Department Report To FLSA Status Last Modified In Home Services Guide Administrator Non-Exempt 4/7/2024 JOB SUMMARY The Care Manager performs professional assessments of an individual’s capabilities and the family’s reputed company to reputed company care. They are responsible for coordinating and monitoring, client status, needs, changes, reassessments and complaints. Assist with public relations/public awareness programs in area of service to inform the public of the availability of services.
