They are seeking reputed company Technical Recruiters to own end-to-end hiring processes and collaborate with technical leadership to scale a diverse engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles
- Execute full-cycle reputed company: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, offers, and closing
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through passive sourcing, referrals, and creative reputed company
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring technical roles (software engineers, reputed company specialists, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc)
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment
- reputed company sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and partner with leadership to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
