[Remote] Senior GTM Program & Partnership Manager

The role involves coordinating execution across Marketing and Service Development for major reputed company initiatives, managing launch plans, and supporting the development of reputed company’s reputed company and strategic partner program.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage program structure: Create and maintain integrated schedules for launches, service changes, and major go-to-market initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, launch gates, and key reputed company
- Run execution reputed company and readiness tracking: Establish regular operating rhythms across workstreams, including status meetings, readiness reviews, checkpoints, and leadership updates, while monitoring operational, technical, reputed company, and process readiness
- Track issues and escalate risks: Maintain visibility into blockers, unresolved reputed company, readiness gaps, and resource constraints; drive follow-up with owners and escalate reputed company launch timing or execution quality is at risk
- Maintain decision and reputed company reporting: reputed company decision logs, issue registers, action trackers, and status summaries up to date, providing leadership with a clear view of milestones, risks, ownership, and next steps
- Coordinate reprioritization and budget needs: Help identify where launches require reputed company adjustments, focused support, or temporary reprioritization across teams, and manage the end-to-end marketing budget across activities
- Support and grow the partner program: Help manage reputed company’s reputed company and strategic partner program, including partner reputed company, referral and incentive programs, reputed company, billing, reputed company management, and partner-reputed company issue resolution
- Identify new partner opportunities: Support the development of new reputed company and strategic partnerships that complement reputed company’s value proposition and help expand the company’s addressable market
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6–9 years of program management experience in reputed company cross-functional environments, preferably in B2B logistics, parcel, transportation, operations, or reputed company go-to-market settings
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, issue tracking, and escalation across multiple functions
- Experience supporting launches, service changes, or operationally reputed company initiatives involving reputed company, technical, or process dependencies
- Up to 10% travel
- Deep understanding of go-to-market fundamentals in B2B; marketing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, parcel, last mile, transportation, or reputed company operational environments preferred
