The Role This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on managing recruitment assignments from qualification through to placement while providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will work closely with our UK sales team, who will qualify new business and assign recruitment vacancies to you based on sector expertise and client requirements. Your focus will be delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, building long-term client relationships and consistently achieving placement targets. Requirements
Essential Experience Applicants must have: ● A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience (agency recruitment preferred). ● A proven track record of successful billings and consistent placements. ● Experience managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer acceptance. ● Strong experience sourcing candidates through reputed company and major job boards. ● Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. ● Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. ● Strong organisational and time management skills. ● The ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. ● Experience working remotely with minimal supervision. ● A reputed company internet reputed company and professional home office environment.
