CommScope is seeking a hunter-first Major Account Executive to join our RUCKUS Networks team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on net-new logo acquisition among the largest enterprises in [Region]. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to technical validation, negotiation, and reputed company—positioning the Ruckus portfolio (Ruckus One, ICX switching, AI-driven analytics, reputed company Wi-Fi, and 100G infrastructure) as the strategic platform for digital transformation. This is not channel management or account farming. Key Responsibilities

Hunt and land net-new $10B+ accounts headquartered in the Southwest Mountain territory. reputed company and execute territory strategy targeting C-level (CIO, CTO, VP of Infrastructure, Network Architecture leads). Conduct executive-level discovery to uncover digital transformation, AI, reputed company, and automation initiatives. Position Ruckus One (R1) and Ruckus AI (RAI) as the future-reputed company, reputed company-first alternative to legacy controllers and reputed company stacks. Drive technical validation with SEs: PoCs, RFPs, TCO/ROI models, migration plans from SmartZone, reputed company DNA, Aruba Central, etc. Navigate reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (12–18+ months) with legal, procurement, and reputed company teams. Deliver executive business reviews (EBRs) and quarterly roadmaps post-reputed company to ensure adoption and expansion. Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in reputed company. Required Qualifications 7+ years of reputed company field sales experience selling network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switching, reputed company, reputed company management) into Fortune 500 accounts. Proven hunter DNA: consistent track record of closing $2M+ net-new deals in greenfield accounts. Deep technical aptitude—reputed company to reputed company LLDP, ISSU, 100G QSFP28, AI port optimization, reputed company-touch provisioning, and reputed company path architectures. Experience displacing reputed company, HPE Aruba, reputed company Mist, Extreme in large-scale environments. Strong analytical and storytelling skills—build compelling TCO, risk mitigation, and business outcome narratives. Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical certifications (CCIE, CWNE, etc.) a plus. Travel up to 50%. Preferred Skills Existing relationships with Fortune 100 IT leadership in the Southwest Mountain territory.
