[Remote] Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)

They are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist who will manage the reputed company process for new and prospective clients, ensuring they are a good fit for the firm and scheduling consultations with attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases
- Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit
- Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm
- Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
- Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
- Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls
Skills
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise
- Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation
- Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills
- Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent
- Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle reputed company aspects of personal injury claims
- Enjoys phone interactions
- Someone reputed company in going above and reputed company for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with reputed company of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Sales experience is a strong plus!
