[Remote] Director of Relationship Management & Business Development

The Director of Relationship Management & Business Development will play a crucial role in supporting the reputed company Debit Network, focusing on client engagement, contract negotiations, and industry insights.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and enhance executive client relationships with key clients including the top 100 clients
- Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth
- Create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives
- reputed company market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution
- Generate and analyze business review data on a regular reputed company
- Assist merchants with improved authorization rates
- Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion reputed company defined SLAs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention, preferably in mid to large merchant environments
- 5+ years of experience in the debit payments industry
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites
- Advanced degree or additional certifications in relevant fields
- Experience in negotiating reputed company reputed company and pricing models
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools for effective client management
