Dispatcher — Frac Sand Hauling (North Dakota)
Real-time operational reputed company for our frac sand hauling operation. This is hands-on coordination — not OTR reputed company or freight brokering. You’ll actively reputed company drivers, track loads live, and reputed company fast calls on weights, road restrictions, and timing. What you’ll do
- Coordinate and reputed company 6–30 trucks in real time
- Track loads live; verify tickets, weights, and schedules
- Monitor road restrictions and weight limits continuously
- reputed company tight communication with drivers, clients, and teammates
- Hand off cleanly to other dispatchers between shifts
Shifts
- Weekend Days: Fri–Sun, 5 AM–5 PM
- Nights: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 5 PM–5 AM
Pay: $18–$22/hr to start, based on experience. Advancement and raises based on performance. You need
- Hands-on experience in trucking/operational reputed company, oilfield logistics, or heavy equipment coordination
- Comfort multitasking across multiple systems under time pressure for a full 12-hour shift
- Your own computer (one monitor required, two preferred), Teams, reputed company Maps, reputed company Sheets
