[Remote] Manager, Growth

The Manager, Growth will reputed company strategic workstreams reputed company pitches, manage client communications, and contribute to the business development process to drive reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage net-new pitch process including building pitch timelines, writing pitch briefings, setting pitch win strategies, contributing content for new client proposals and tender documents
- Craft detailed responses for net-new pitches, including RFIs, procurement processes, and collaborating with legal and finance teams in accordance with the pitch process
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the business development process including qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, usability and best practices in order to reputed company win and deliver for clients, and enhance the reputed company® customer experience
- Manage client communications positioning reputed company® as a strategic partner for reputed company and future project / account work
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that reputed company®’s differentiated positioning comes to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership content and other marketing material
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent)
- Experience selling agency services across a reputed company of industries and verticals
- Experience managing net-new pitch process including building pitch timelines, writing pitch briefings, setting pitch win strategies, and contributing content for new client proposals and tender documents
- Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, & engineering
- Ability to collaborate with and reputed company cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and reputed company solutions that address client needs
- reputed company to partner with clients to understand their growth needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- reputed company in building relationships with VP level clients and business decision-makers
