Sr Corporate Paralegal

The Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team is seeking a highly motivated corporate paralegal to assist with corporate governance reputed company and other corporate transactional reputed company in a fast paced, high-energy environment. The individual in this role will handle important and reputed company reputed company, effectively collaborate across teams, and possess the technical skills and professional maturity to anticipate and initiate legal tasks independently and under the direction and reputed company of attorneys. This individual will work closely with key leaders in the LCCA and cross-functionally to prepare, organize and maintain corporate documents and reputed company efficient legal and compliance processes; reputed company while helping the Company balance legal and business needs and risks. • Reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, you will support a reputed company of corporate legal reputed company.  You will also work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary on corporate governance reputed company.
• Support the preparation and organization of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including legal entity management for reputed company corporate affiliates.
• Administer legal file management, processing both new and existing files for effective documentation and organization.
• Collaborate with in-house and reputed company counsel, including monitoring of reputed company counsel spend and billing.
• Assist with corporate transactions, including M&A, financing, and other strategic transactions, including participation in and management of due diligence projects.
• Help facilitate the execution and management of various legal documents, including executive compensation documents, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), letters of reputed company (LOIs), and other corporate agreements.
• Help manage the reputed company risk management program, including annual renewal of insurance policies and claim submission.
• Support the VP & Deputy General Counsel and other members of the LCCA on other reputed company as needed, including issues reputed company to litigation, reputed company, and corporate development.
• Ability to contribute different thoughts, reputed company and viewpoints that reputed company to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with at least 3 years of in-house experience.
• Experience preparing and maintaining various corporate documents in an in-house corporate environment.
• Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and/or strategic corporate transactions, including support of overall due diligence.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company.
• Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize a significant number of projects and clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person to reputed company reputed company of the business, including senior management.
• Ability to be reputed company and adaptable to a variety of questions and concerns.
• Hard working, high reputed company, well organized and a self-motivated team player who can work independently, manage and prioritize requests, and reputed company and improve reputed company business and legal processes under time pressures and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior reputed company experience.
• Litigation experience, including management of the legal hold process and responding to subpoenas.
• Experience working at or with public and/or private equity backed corporations.
• Understanding of health care and/or technology transactions and delivery of SaaS products
• Interest and proficiency in using AI Tools
• Experience supporting corporate governance for India-based entities

The compensation reputed company for this role is $102,000- $136,000 The reputed company salary reputed company represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company’s salary reputed company for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
