What You'll Be Doing The Human Resources Systems Manager plans and leads the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of HR information technology platforms that support the full employee lifecycle. The Basics (Required Education and Experience) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a reputed company field. Three years of experience as a systems analyst or administrator including at least two years of management experience.
