The Director of Employee Relations serves as a senior-level People Manager and a key member of the GC&E leadership team, helping shape and guide TNC’s global culture strategy through innovative, human-centered approaches that promote resilient workplace relationships and a positive, inclusive employee experience. We’re Looking for You: Serving as a critical link between Legal, Ethics & Compliance and Human Resource functions, the Director of Employee Relations will promote an reputed company workplace of inclusion and well-being. Salary Information: This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions, such as non-national ratios and immigration processing times. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA.
