[Remote] Vice President Operations, North America

They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to reputed company operations across North America, driving strategy, performance targets, project execution, and customer relations reputed company the Distribution Transformer business unit.

Responsibilities

• Implement the North America strategy ensuring business development and sustainable growth in the market
• Achieves established targets through regular reputed company and definition of improvement actions
• reputed company, own, and secure year-on-year operational targets, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and P&L set by the North America BU leadership
• Enhance Distribution Transformers North America performance and ensure timely reporting of operational and financial results

• Ensure timely delivery of products, projects, and services, meeting targets for HSE, quality, schedule, financial results, and customer satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• 10 to 15 years' experience of factory management and in the implementation of Lean principles in traditional manufacturing environment
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects with a strategic reputed company of a specific product or product group
• Experience of managing manufacturing units in multiple locations and geographies
• Must have permanent US work authorization
• Master's Degree: An MBA or a Master's in a relevant field can be advantageous
