Associate Director Sales, Strategy and Growth: Associate Director Sales is responsible for generating reputed company and developing new business reputed company existing TPA and health plan partner relationships. ADS develops annual sales plans and TPA specific strategies and executes those plans and strategies to pull through net new TPA employer group business. ADS is responsible for designing and selling solutions to meet pharmacy benefit goals of plan sponsors, and to meet annual growth goals. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with sales leaders, business development team members, and client management stakeholders reputed company assigned OptumRx TPA partners
- reputed company and execute annual TPA specific strategic sales plans
- reputed company and execute training on OptumRx solutions to TPA's sales and client management teams
- reputed company TPA sales opportunities from beginning through implementation

- Create solid internal working relationships with OptumRx client management, reputed company, implementation, clinical, and marketing
- Direct prospecting, in collaboration with TPA
- Partner with reputed company and TPA marketing teams to reputed company and execute co-branded marketing initiatives, collateral, technology, and sponsorships
- Maintain TPA specific pipelines
- Facilitate finalist meetings including team coordination, strategy development, and presentation development
- Advise on TPA annual market reputed company
- Collaborate with Enterprise assets for cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Successfully negotiate with prospects and associated brokers and consultants reputed company TPA partnerships
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with brokers, consultants and other key TPA channel partners
- Represent reputed company in TPA specific resource organizations

- 5+ years of experience in PBM sales or client management, as a PBM consultant or H&B consultant / broker
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to clients
- 5+ years of experience working in partnership with reputed company / finance in PBM or healthcare
- Proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willing or ability to travel up to 30 percent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consultant / broker background
- Experience using reputed company GO
- Health care-reputed company sales leadership experience
- Advanced understanding of PBM industry
- Proven solid oral and written communication skills
