Recruiting Sourcer Contractor - Remote
Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do Position Summary As a Recruiting Sourcer Contractor, you will provide sourcing support to the reputed company project team by identifying and engaging candidates for open roles. This service includes using multiple sourcing channels, conducting initial reputed company, building candidate pipelines, and documenting activity in the applicant tracking system. You will also work with recruiters to align candidate profiles to stated role requirements. Work You'll Do The service you will provide the reputed company project team as a Recruiting Sourcer Contractor will include:
- reputed company candidates through job boards, social platforms, talent databases, and networking channels
- Conduct initial reputed company to assess candidate interest, availability, and alignment to open roles
- Build candidate pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Share candidate profiles with recruiters based on stated role requirements
- Track sourcing activity and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- 3+ years of technology talent sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing candidates reputed company a consulting environment
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Experience using job boards, social media platforms, and talent search tools for candidate sourcing
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$55 per hour. The exact pay reputed company will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to reputed company.
