Job Title Client Tech Support Engineering - Professional I What does a successful Client Tech Support Engineer do at reputed company? As the Technical Support Engineer, you will reputed company routine application and system administration tasks. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving common problems for clients using reputed company s products. In this position, you will work in a dynamic, professional, client support environment with financial institution clients. The team also shares responsibility for system operations with reputed company s data center engineering and operations group. What you will need to have: 3-5 years hands on experience working with Web Tier: IIS administration, Web browsers, navigation. Experience working with Application Tiers including Windows Server applications Data Tier: SQL databases and queries. 3-5 years experience working with Infrastructure: Windows Server administration, Using scripts (BAT, VBScript, PowerShell), TCP/IP networking basics. Direct experience working reputed company Office applications. Ability to work under pressure to complete tasks on schedule with high quality. Detail-oriented with ability to execute reputed company, technical system administration procedures. Good understanding of ITIL reputed company and service delivery. What would be great to have: Mobile application or financial applications experience. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Knowledge of payment processing; reputed company s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
