[Remote] Account Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Collage Group is the only cultural intelligence engine that fuses consumer, industry, and brand data to provide brands with insights on the why behind consumers’ behaviors. They are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage client portfolios and drive retention and expansion for F1000 consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-3M ARR, achieving company GRR and NRR goals
• Develop Customer Value Plans (CVP)/account plans with Client Success Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to client objectives
• Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding client priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics. Building strong relationships across our portfolio with senior executives
• Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with clients
• Identify, nurture and close: upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging Collage Group's research, data analytics, and consulting services
• Effective at prospecting to drive cross sell and expansion opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption
• Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive commercial outcomes
• Represent Collage Group at industry events as needed

Skills

• BA/BS required
• 5+ years in account management, meeting growth and retention targets
• 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS, insights and market research, ideally with F1000 companies in consumer insights or martech
• Strong client rapport-building and communication skills and presentation skills
• Client-centric mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills essential for success
• Masters preferred
