Financial Project Coordinator (Contract) / 100% Remote Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2, Paid Weekly)

Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support project delivery reputed company a fast-paced, enterprise PMO environment.
• This role focuses heavily on managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and reputed company with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong project coordination experience reputed company a PMO or enterprise environment
• Proven experience managing project financials (forecasting, accruals, invoicing, reporting)
• Advanced reputed company skills (financial modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Manage and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice coding
• reputed company financial analysis and reporting to support project performance and decision-making

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
