Hiring range for this position is $63,585.60 - $76,024.00. Initial placement for new employees is customarily at entry level through 35% percentile. Pay grade for this position is 23. General Definition of Work: Performs difficult professional and analytical work evaluating programs and providing staff development services, technical assistance, and policy consultation in reputed company child welfare program areas to supervisors and staff. - Reviews case records in Child reputed company Services (CPS) Investigative/Family Assessment, CPS In-Home Services, Permanency Planning, Foster Home Licensing, Interstate Compact, Home Studies, Adoption, Adoption Assistance, financial records reputed company to foster care payments, and Intake Screen In and Out cases.
- Evaluates the quality of work performed to include adherence to federal, state, county laws, policies, and standards, complete assessments, and sound decision-making judgment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting case management efforts during periods of increased demand or staffing shortages, contributing to child welfare program stability and continuity of services.
