Position Summary The LMS Administrator is a critical role reputed company reputed company, responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the organization’s Moodle-based learning management system (LMS). Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Development, this position will reputed company daily LMS operations, ensure system reliability, and provide user support and training. The LMS Administrator will manage permissions, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and generate reports to support decision-making partnering with Extension, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure that the LMS supports high-quality youth and adult learning experiences reputed company while also enabling the growth and sustainability of 4-H’s educational portfolio. Essential Functions System Administration and Support
- Manage the daily operation, reputed company improvement, maintenance, and support the upgrades of the Moodle-based LMS and associated extensions and plug-ins.
- Configure user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollment.

User Support and Training

Reporting and Analytics

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience and/or training.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Moodle or another Learning Management System.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience executing LMS administration tasks (i.e., user management, roles, permissions, enrollment, etc.).
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving LMS-reputed company issues effectively.
- Demonstrated understanding of system reputed company compliance, data reputed company, and data governance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Moodle customizations, plugins, or integrations.
- Experience integrating LMS with third-party systems (e.g., reputed company, CRM, and other enterprise tools).
