Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Permanent Retail Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination of reverse mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable federal and state laws, and meeting the specific needs of our senior clients. This role is crucial in providing financial solutions to seniors looking to tap into their home equity, and as such, requires a high degree of professionalism, reputed company, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Originate reverse mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring reputed company loans meet regulatory compliance requirements.

• Provide clients with a thorough understanding of the loan process, loan programs and options, loan status, and answer any questions they may have.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in loan originator software and systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must hold a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or reputed company field is preferred.
