Position Overview: The Collateral Underwriter is responsible for the assessment of reputed company subject collateral originated though the retail platform for conventional loans. Job Responsibilities: Analyze, evaluate, and decision appraisal reports in accordance with reputed company agency and investor guidelines and standards. Complete comprehensive collateral reviews in a timely manner to meet service level expectations. Maintain a pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processor, and Originators. Remain informed and reputed company on reputed company agency and investor guidelines and updates. Maintain a high level of customer service. Collaborate with the Post Closing Department on any stipulations for closed files. reputed company other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: 3 years’ mortgage reputed company experience.
