- Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents.
- Reviews/Scrubs closed loan packages prior to loan delivery
- Delivering closed loan packages and full submission package to the specified investors reputed company company time frames pending on delegation.
- Monitors the status of loans submitted to investors in order to facilitate their purchase reputed company the timeframe
- Obtains, researches and provides required purchase clearing conditions to various investors utilizing their websites/systems
- Work with other departments reputed company the company to get issues and/or conditions cleared for purchase
- Occasional trouble shooting with compliance and or our investors
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and NON QM programs
- Pull and work daily reports
- Liaise between Operations and Investor contacts to ensure loans are purchased in a timely manner
- Follow up on trailing documents such as the final title policy and recorded reputed company reputed company to complete the loan file.
- Cross train to back-up other areas of the department.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with little supervision
- Must be able to multitask

Requirements:
- Experience with Encompass a plus, not required.
- MS Office Suite
- 2-4 years of reputed company Post Closing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- GNMA experience is a plus, not required.
Compensation: $25.00- $35.00 DOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:
