HR Talent Management Partner II
Job Description:
- Support and improve program operations and processes for talent development initiatives
- Coordinate program logistics and communications with employees and vendors
- Track and analyze program metrics and effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
- Manage event coordination and program delivery logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in talent management, human resources, or program management
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, operations, office administration, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse activities to meet deadlines
- Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
