[Remote] Associate Manager, In-Store, Strategy & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DoorDash is a technology and logistics company focused on empowering local economies. As a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager, you will own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy for the Going Out product, collaborating across teams to enhance the customer journey and drive product growth.
Responsibilities
- Build – help launch an exciting new product at DoorDash
- Strategize – Set the strategy for customer experience on Going Out
- Experiment – Scope tests and experiments on everything from activation to optimization
- Implement – Execute new marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow
- Analyze - Build models to evaluate success and set new goals
- Influence – Work with our Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to scale Going Out
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting / tech / design / investment banking / corporate strategy / business development / business operations or related experience
- An established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
- Experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
- Ability to translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
- Excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
- SQL knowledge a bonus
- High-growth or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
