They are seeking a Video Editor for a one-time project to remove a sunsetted feature from an existing explainer video, ensuring a polished final product based on client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Review source video and reference edit to understand scope
- Execute a clean, seamless removal of the sunsetted feature segment
- Deliver final 1080p 16:9 video file within the project window
- Revise based on feedback
- Incorporate any feedback from client to reach a polished final version
Skills
- Proven video editing experience — portfolio or work samples required
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute seamless edits under tight timelines
- Experience working with agencies or large brands
- Comfortable working independently on a short-turnaround, project-based engagement
- Experience editing branded or product explainer videos
- Familiarity with financial services or tech brand video content
- Motion/animation skills that could support seamless cuts or transitions (nice to have)
