What You'll Do
Connect with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with insurance information, policy updates, and general inquiries
Provide top-notch customer service with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
