What Youll Be Doing:
Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Supporting clients with policy updates, account questions, and service needs
Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Keeping records accurate and up to date

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized while multitasking remotely
Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required!
