Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers troubleshoot their insurance-related queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
  • Adhering to blithequark's high standards of customer service and quality

Essential Functions

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential functions:

  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Able to Pass a Background Check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
  • 2 Years of customer Service Experience

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
