Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be responsible for defining best practices for technical documentation and QA processes, creating specialized technical determination documentation, and ensuring the quality of applications and technologies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test structures that align with business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define best practices for technical documentation and QA processes
• Create specialized technical determination documentation to resolve complex issues
• Ensure the quality of applications and technologies, including data, platform, capability, and system interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test structures that align with business strategies and objectives
• Translate business functional requirements into technical requirements and document technical specifications
• Evaluate existing healthcare solutions and digital health programs against internal and external requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
• General business acumen and applying considered judgment
• General business communication and presenting for impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality engineering practices and execution of different types of test creation and execution
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
• Follow industry best practices to ensure compliance with company policies and requirements
• Flexible and inspirational attitude

Education

The most significant level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
