We're on the hunt for a highly skilled AT&T Wireless and Broadband Training Specialist to join our innovative team at Workwarp. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the driving force behind empowering sales teams with in-depth knowledge of AT&T wireless and internet products, services, and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales associates on AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes, focusing on sellers and support agents.
• Design and create clear, engaging, and aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals and partner requests, including AT&T training materials and scheduling sessions.
• Deliver sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in a retail sales environment, ensuring extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, from entry-level agents to C-level executives, both inside and outside our organization, showcasing your dynamic and precise communication style.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development experience specifically related to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales.
• Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge (AT&T preferred), with a willingness to learn and become an expert to fulfill our clients' and business needs.
• Competency in writing and speaking skills for retailer sales audiences, with the ability to own the natural confidence to tackle ever-changing offers, products, and services.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), web conferencing (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and A/V setup and troubleshooting skills.
