Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

We're seeking a compassionate, skilled, and credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our innovative Virtual Care team as a Teletriage expert. As a key player in our team, you will provide top-notch support and education to pet owners, leveraging your veterinary knowledge to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members and their furry family members.

Available Schedules:

• Part-Time Teletriage: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday | 5pm-10pm PST
• Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight): Friday-Sunday | 5pm-3am PST & Wednesday/Thursday | 5pm-10pm PST
• +$2/hr differential for hours worked between 12am-6am (local time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video to provide personalized support and education on pet health and well-being
• Triage cases using your veterinary expertise, offering informed recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide tailored guidance
• Document patient records with clarity and accuracy, utilizing veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring seamless follow-up for client requests
• Deliver exceptional client care with empathy, warmth, and professionalism across all communication channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, and overall member experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, continuously learning and growing to deliver outstanding care
