Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Yeti, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other team members to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering vendor invoices accurately and timely into SAP
• Monitoring AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reviewing SAP reports to ensure invoices are being processed accurately and on time
• Preparing 1099 reporting and ensuring all vendors have required tax identification and W-9 information on file
• Collaborating with vendors in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or a related field
• SAP experience preferred, but not required
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop accounting spreadsheets for tracking vendor activity
• Goal-oriented with high standards for excellence
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to complete projects by deadline
• Ability to manage routine tasks and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
