We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Finance Requestor to join our team at Apple, where you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and supporting the company's growth. As a key member of our R&D Finance team, you will be responsible for managing third-party vendor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring seamless processing and timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage third-party vendor purchase orders and invoices from inception to close
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable and other groups, to ensure on-time payment of invoices
• Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to investigate costs and provide status updates on PO spend to budget
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including cost centers, project codes, and business hierarchies for R&D Finance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Finance or 5 years of experience in related roles
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in database management and analysis
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial databases, such as SAP, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
