Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher for Mobile Medical Company

Part-time positions with our 24/7 customer service/dispatch call center. We work with mobile lab, x-ray, ultrasound, & home health providers. We take incoming calls, schedule work to be done, answer basic customer service questions, dispatch work to the scheduled technicians, & follow through to make sure all jobs are completed. We work with multiple businesses all at the same time, this will require learning the client's information and becoming familiar with their client base, client's staff, and keeping track of variations in the services offered. We are looking for a part-time weekend position with a varied schedule of Saturday 6am-2 pm pst & Sunday 2pm-10 pm pst. This position is 100% work from home. Your home must have strong internet coverage to run the provided VOIP phones without interference. You must have a quiet work area that presents as a traditional office environment. No television, kids, or pets in the background. Please email a little bit about yourself and your work availability as well as your work history. Must work well with others, be customer service oriented, and have attention to detail. No 2 shifts are identical, our team members have to work with the calls that come in and the staffing we are provided by our clients to prioritize, triage, and make decisions to get an optimal workflow.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, ensuring efficient data entry, maintaining phone etiquette, and dispatching work orders. With core skills in customer service and communication, along with abilities to problem solve, you will enhance patient interactions. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will be vital in streamlining processes and contributing to the overall success of our mobile medical services. Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Experience in customer support and client services
  • Skilled in data entry and typing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls and manage call center operations
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service and medical settings is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
