Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong written communication skills with an ability to provide clear and concise information. Previous customer service experience, especially in a tech or retail environment, is a plus. A passion for technology and problem-solving. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. Comfort with learning new software and technology systems.
