EKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates for a Bank Teller with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in El Paso, TX 79936 Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members. Experience • 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not required • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email • Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening Responsibilities • Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans • Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection,n and credit card applications • Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services • Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly • Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration • Perform platform banking functions • Assist level I team members • Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services • May assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures • May serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian • Perform other duties as assigned Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am - 1:30 pm If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! #eastpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
