Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include: ? Providing superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors ? Conducting market surveys, showing, leasing, and moving in prospective community members ? Updating unit availability daily, processing rental applications, maintenance work orders, and collections in accordance with company standards ? Maintaining all resident files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation ?
