RN Step Down Position - Culver City, CA Hourly Pay Rate: $61/hr Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Position Duration: 56 Days Certification Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association (AHA) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Step Down care to join our team in Culver City, CA. This temporary position lasts 56 days, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience and a current BLS certification by the American Heart Association. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a Step Down unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Step Down unit. Current BLS certification by AHA. Valid RN license for the state of California. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 2.
